STEAM 創(chuàng)客教育
CIS has made significant investments in state-of-the-art technology to support student learning an exploration. From Pre-K to Grade 12. all students engage in hands-on learning experiences within the IDEA Lab, where design thinking and constructivist principles are seamlessly integrated into the daily curriculum. Our goal is to empower students to become confident, curious learners equipped with the skills they need to thrive in an ever-evolving world.

Athletics 體育運動
At CIS, athletics are an integral part of school life. We come together as a community to celebrate the sporting achievements of our students—whether as proud Grizzlies or as individual athletes. A passion for sports and a commitment to excellence are deeply embedded in our culture. CIS is proud to offer world-class athletic facilities, which allow us to host a wide range of sporting events and provide students with the space to train, compete, and grow.

Music 音樂教育
CIS offers music to all students from Pre-Kindergarten all the way to Grade 12 with a Secondary Wind Orchestra and a Junior Choir. During the school year our students have different opportunities to display their musical gifts, such as our Winter Festival, International Day. Moreover, CIS students are sharing their talent and love of music by hosting public concerts and joining Festive Tree Lighting ceremonies in Guangzhou community.
CIS為學前班至12年級的所有學生開設(shè)系統(tǒng)的音樂課程,涵蓋中學管樂團與小學合唱團等多樣形式。學生在整個學年中擁有豐富的舞臺機會,充分展現(xiàn)自己的音樂天賦,例如冬季音樂節(jié)、國際日等校內(nèi)活動。此外,CIS學生還積極走入社區(qū),通過舉辦公開音樂會、參與廣州各類節(jié)日活動等方式,分享他們對音樂的熱愛與才華,傳遞藝術(shù)的力量。
Fine Arts 藝術(shù)教育
In the elementary division, students explore art through the IB framework and Alberta curriculum, fostering creativity from Grades 1-5. Transitioning to middle and high school, our dynamic approach, also grounded in the Alberta curriculum, engages students in art through sketchbook work, projects, and critiques. Process-based work is further emphasized, preparing them for university and fostering experimentation, critical thinking and personal expression across various mediums.
在小學部,學生們通過IB課程框架與阿爾伯塔課程的結(jié)合,探索多樣的藝術(shù)形式,從一年級到五年級逐步培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造力與表達能力。進入初高中階段,CIS基于阿爾伯塔課程開展富有活力的藝術(shù)教學,通過速寫本練習、項目創(chuàng)作與同伴互評等多樣方式,激發(fā)學生的藝術(shù)興趣與參與度。CIS的課程注重“過程導向”的藝術(shù)學習模式,為學生日后升讀大學打下堅實基礎(chǔ),同時鼓勵他們在多種藝術(shù)媒介中進行創(chuàng)作實驗,發(fā)展批判性思維與個性化表達能力。
