　　All foreign and HK/Macau/Taiwan families who meet the admission criteria of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission

　　1.Working parent holds a foreign passport with alien employment permit in Shanghai

　　2.Family is from Hong Kong or Macau or Taiwan and working in Shanghai

　　3.Parent is a PRC passport holder but student has a foreign birth certificate

　　4.Family holds a SHMEC waiver letter

　　所有符合上海市教委外籍人員子女學(xué)校招生要求的外籍和港澳臺(tái)家庭

　　1.父母一方持境外有效護(hù)照并擁有在滬合法工作簽證

　　2.港澳臺(tái)公民并在滬工作

　　3.父母為中國(guó)公民，孩子持有效境外出生證明

　　4.持中國(guó)護(hù)照且全家均獲國(guó)外永久居留權(quán)，回滬工作居住的中國(guó)公民子女，需同時(shí)持上海市教委批文
